    I have learned from Martial Arts to try again if you make a mistake; to also keep your focus and never to give up.

    Martial Arts has taught me to keep trying my best at everything I do and not to get discouraged if I fail.

    I’ve learned to be patient when trying a new skill. Martial Arts gives me courage to do more and the confidence to try new activities
