DESCRIPTION:We wish everyone a healthy\, safe and restful end of summer – we appreciate everyone who has stayed with their martial arts practice online with us through the summer – it has been awesome to be with you and see you grow\, and we all are growing. \nWe are taking a breather to reconnect with family and nature\, and hope you will do the same!  We will be back on the mat Tuesday\, September 8th with you on Zoom\, and will be pursuing our safe and staged reopening as we are safely able to do so.
