DESCRIPTION:Our body responds positively to good nutrition and helps us to be our best.  \nIn addition to martial arts conditioning\, games\, and challenges\, we will learn about  the many different kinds of Rice\, it’s prominence in WORLD Nutrition\, and learn about the Korean nutritional powerhouse\, BibimBop and 5 different adaptations to try and create at home.  Get interested in how we can advance our martial arts performance (and our good health!!) through Vegging-out! \nIf you have been trying to introduce new veggies to your children with limited success\, this camp is for you\, Mom!  Hands-on mixing up of our veggies\, with a special roll-out contest on creative Kim-Bop (Korean Maki) rolling!! \nCamp is Monday through Friday\, 10am-2pm; $345/week or $95/day – includes all materials. SUMMARY:NinjaCamp Kite Festival
DESCRIPTION:NinjaCamp promotes the culture\, customs\, moves\, and conditioning for healthy martial arts practice + a special visual art project. A great camp for beginners and all levels\, children 5-12. This week is our Annual Kite Festival: design\, build and fly an original Asian Kite! \nKites have their origin in Martial Arts\, from the time of the 3Kingdoms – used as shields\, decoys and distractions to invasion of territories\, ancient military strategists used kites as part of their battle plans.  We will use ours for the sheer joy of seeing them fly high!!!  Weather permitting\, we will head out to a local park on the last day of camp to take a test drive. DESCRIPTION:Your Oak Park Martial Arts expert\, Sr. GrandMaster S.H. Yu Martial Arts is very happy to offer this popular camp for your summer enrichment the week of  July 25-29. \nThis camp is open to current registered Master S.H.
