Master S.H. Yu Programs
Our Mission is to provide accessible opportunities for personal development through study and practice of the traditional martial arts. All of our programs help to create responsible citizens who possess the determination to expand their intellectual knowledge and exude a high level of physical and emotional poise.
Private Lessons, Daily Classes, Workshops, and Seasonal Enrichment Programs in the traditional Martial Arts, including Tae Kwon Do, Karate, KungFu, Hapkido, Aikido, and Kumdo (Ancient Swordsmanship).
- KinderKarate, our dynamic preschool program for children ages 4–5, offered September through May, Tuesday 4:20–5:00pm, and Thursday 5:00–5:40pm.
- Children—Beginners: an ongoing beginner class for children in the formative stages of martial arts study, offered year-round, Monday through Thursday 5:00–6:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00–10:00am.
- Children—Intermediate & Advanced: provides continued challenge leading to Black Belt achievement and Junior Instructor training, offered year-round, Monday through Thursday 6:00–7:00pm, Fridays at 5:00pm, and Saturday at 9:00am.
- Teenage/Adult—Beginner, Intermediate & Instructor Training: provides ongoing training including self-defense, artistic movement, and flexibility. Access to classes is unlimited: offered year-round Monday through Thursday, 7:00–8:30pm, Fridays 6:30–7:30pm, and Saturday Morning Family Class 9:00–10:30am.
- Kumdo & Ancient Swordsmanship: a weekly workshop conducted by Grand Master Yu in the Way of the Sword. Very challenging…very rewarding! Offered Saturdays 10:30–11:30 with practice time afterwards.
