Join us for some specialized training to elevate your skills and your kicks! Celebrate the holiday together conditioning and training together to get your kicks Airborne!

Taught by SupremeGrandMaster Yu, this workshop is for registered students Blue Belt and above of all ages. We will meet where you are and you will discover your incredible capacity to get Airborne! If you’re new to Airborne Kicks, you will be taught the conditioning and mind/muscle prep you need to jump and land safely and solidly. Experienced campers will build on existing skills and gain confidence to stay strong and gain altitude!
