Please join our Martial Arts Family to support our DIGITAL ONLY Food Drive – Yes – Monetary Donations only bcuz with their Purchasing Power, your $1 = $9, or 3MEALS; $45 = 1 month of food for 1 person; $100 = 300MEALS; $250 sponsors a group Nutrition Education Class; $500 provides food for 25 homebound neighbors for 1 month! WOW!

They, too, are committed to quality Nutrition Education for their clients, educating and offering creative solutions to make meals nutritionally DENSE, healthy and FUN!

- Defeating Hunger is a cause near and dear to our founder’s heart: Supreme GrandMaster Yu himself experienced hunger as a young child and budding martial artist, growing up in post-war South Korea.
