NinjaCamp “Veg-Out”!

Our body responds positively to good nutrition and helps us to be our best. 

In addition to martial arts conditioning, games, and challenges, we will learn about  the many different kinds of Rice, it’s prominence in WORLD Nutrition, and learn about the Korean nutritional powerhouse, BibimBop and 5 different adaptations to try and create at home.  Get interested in how we can advance our martial arts performance (and our good health!!) through Vegging-out!

If you have been trying to introduce new veggies to your children with limited success, this camp is for you, Mom!  Hands-on mixing up of our veggies, with a special roll-out contest on creative Kim-Bop (Korean Maki) rolling!!

Camp is Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm; $345/week or $95/day – includes all materials. Please bring a healthy box lunch (as a back up!)
