November MasterYu Martial Artist’s Challenge 2025

Students, Family, Friends, and Community are all invited to join us in our annual November Challenge!
It’s EASY!
It’s FUN!
It’s a GREAT WAY to develop or nurture a HEALTHY HABIT!
It strengthens your BODY/MIND/SPIRIT!
It proves that you can COMMIT and get STRONG and be HEALTHY just by LEADING YOURSELF to DO GOOD for yourself and others!
Here’s the Challenge…create your Healthy November!
Daily: 20×5:
- 20 quality pushups – 2 minutes
- 20 slow, quality squats (sit wayyyyy back, into your heels, careful those knees track back, not sideways or forward. If necessary, hold onto a sturdy chair or the kitchen counter. – 2 minutes
- 20 slow, quality forward lunges, both knees at 90 degrees – 2 minutes
- 20 knee-hugs/high knees – 20 both sides – alternate (it’s more fun). Your goal is knee to shoulder. – 2 minutes.
- Forearm Plank – start with 20 seconds, increase to 1 (or 2!) minutes per day by month end.
Add-on: This is the most easy: ONE extraordinary act of kindness that you wouldn’t normally have in your routine, ie, “out-of-your-way-to-be-kind” kind of kindness, like, you’re tired and busy but you have to stop and be attentive.
Have fun with the challenge! Since it’s November, and the 11th Month, I’m going to be focusing on #11 of the creed to study something that enriches my mind and spirit. Join me!
