We know that you will not master the skills of martial arts in just 12 weeks, nor is it our goal with this program to make you into a master. Our goal is to help you develop effective self-defense skills as well as a solid foundation that you can use to build your martial arts skills. Sr. GrandMaster Yu emphasizes the principle of avoidance which is a focus of this program. Avoidance is being able to recognize dangerous situations in your surroundings and removing yourself from these situations to avoid danger.
This program focuses on developing your strength and awareness as well as improving your physical and mental fitness. You will also notice an increase in your energy level as you complete more of the program. After completing our 12-week martial arts training, you will have better control over your emotions such as fear and anger, and you will feel more, focused, centered, and active.
Our 12-week martial arts program is our most popular program which is why we offer unlimited classes Monday through Thursday. These classes are 80 minutes long for adults and 50 minutes long for children and you will have access to 20 classes each month and more than 60 throughout the 12 weeks.
